Subject: doublebilling..no contact with customer service

I have just installed dtv..and have now seen on my bank statement I was double billed.. customer service e-mail address seems to be null and void. the quality is not as good as I hoped .. as I get a lot of frozen screens and starts..if anyone has a good contact number with an actual person .. let me know..? I will check here for it..
