I purchased a dell inspiron 1525 as a christmas gift for my daughter 12/15/08, it has not worked properly from day 1, i called dell and they refused to assist me with the problem claiming that it's a software problem and not a hardware problbem. they will transferred to agent after agent who never resolve your problem. I hate dell and will never buy another product from them.
