Main thread--AT&T Billing Practices
State: FL Posted: 01/24/2009 Subject: ATT Billing Comment: AT&T terminates anyone that has the desire to help resolve your issue. These people that you are dealing with are brought in and trained to make you think that you have called and gotten your issue resolved then sell you all the services they can sell you. Or as I heard on the line as on off them helping me. "OK now load um up!!!" I have done a good bit of research into this billing thing. ATT wants only to sell, sell, sell!! The best way to to fix it is to go online and research what the services are that you want and do it online. If you can't do it online then make a list and when you call do NOT let them up sale you. When you call tell them that they can not use your records to sell you and that you wil tell them what you want. But don't blame the sales people they will get fired if they do not try, try and try again to sale you. They are told that they are not there for customer service they are there for sales!! So Good Luck!! |
