Comment:
AT&T can block your account from 3rd party billing that is being made to your account. They can also block any 900 calls from being made from your account. You should call and see what the regulated charges are on your account ask the billing dept. Do Not talk to customer service. Just tell them your service is off and you have to make a $1000.00 deposit to get any service. That way they should not try to sell you anything. Basically lie until you get the billing DEPT or collections as it really is. Tell them yo want to pay your regulated charges only and you are disputing all other services. Your phone should not be shut of for unregulated 3rd party 900 charges. Make sure you are keeping the dispute on there.
