First off you prob dont even speak english which is major complaint from our customers, then you transfer them to us cause you couldnt speak right and dont understand anything thats why you transfer them cause your not "trained" So by time we get them they are angry from speaking to you. You think we wanted our calls to go outsource? we pay you to make customers angry then you transfer them back to us thanks for supporting us.
