Subject: Poor customer service (no assistance via telephone)

Today was the first time I had to use a Uhaul company.
The male person that had answered the telephone all three times is very rude. I have questions about the availability of a 14' truck for later this month. He stated that he will call me back. I phoned this particular store at 9am. it is now 2:05pm. No call. I called back fifteen minutes ago asking to speak with a manager or someone else. He stated that there is no one else working in the store but him. This is hard for me to believe being that this Uhaul company is located near the University College. I will have to get off early just to get the information I need from this location. This Uhaul location is two blocks from where I will be moving from. It would be a shame for me to have to go to a farther location. Someone should conduct a customer service spy call to several of these locations that are having complaints (bad business). There are so many intelligent people out here that would love a chance to work.
