Recently charter had cut my cable off due to a billing error on their end... After they came back out to hook my cable back up, I get a bill charging me $50.00 for hooking my cable back up $25.00 for digital cable and $25.00 for internet. Now even though it was their fault for the billing problem they charged me... But the kicker is it used to be just $25.00 for re-connect now they charge $25.00 for each service you have with them... Now I live in south Louisiana, and Charter is just plain terrible here, to the point where our Parish counsil is threating to revoke Charter's franchise license.. Mabey we can get a better company in here with better, cheaper and better customer service....
