I did work for Charter Communications for some time buy looking at must of this posts we are traind to handle calls just like this and know just what to say to you..and if we didnt do it,, we are out the door.. I never new how bad it was intell the billing overflow Q came over to sale's Q it was hell explaning it and mostly the prorate and yes some times makeing stuff up to make me sound good and it works,,id do it just to get u off my phone for a new sale..some times bad rep's well not tell you the prorate or thy skim over that fast..your getting this allsome price for the 3mo 6mo 12mo and some times not even that just the price..o ya are number one thing to say is once your promo is gone just give us a call we can work it out with you we have NO Contrats so its easy to work with you..so I may Hate charter in a way so heres a little thing that is easy to do go to your main charter office to get the good promo's that the sale rep's can't give you nor call center can. yes its cheaper to do so.. thay will also wave most of the install fee's if u set it up with them..its about getting more rev for charter and to keep u on with charter,, so ask for those promos and ask for to wave install fee's but if u do call in make them sales guys work,, be a sale guy right back [well if i get that can i get this] some rep may be haveing a bad day and wave stuff for you just to get a sale for the day. keep this in mind if u call in a sales rep thy have like 12 stats for the day,week,month and so on to meat so make it worth it to them.. down with charter thy go,, lol hope this helps with it not saying others are better ether all should not be here..its all bad bad stuff..
