If I took money out of peoples accounts, I would be behind bars, why after all the illegal dealings hasn't this so called Directv Company been made to make things right and give back the monies owed and stand liable for the lies, fraud and deception that it has given to people. I also want my money back, being on a fixed income, they took $452.49 illegally out of my account and also promised to return it, never happened, and right before Christmas was horrific. I actually never had 24 hours of service as it was suppose to be hooked up one day, no sound 2nd day and no sound or picture 3rd day, after hours on the phone, I was told I could cancel and not owe anything, just return recievers, did that, next thing I know they took the money out of my account. Begging they promise to return it, lied for days, finally sent a generic e-mail, saying they were going to keep money and maybe take out more. I had to pay $40.00 to another tv service because they screwed up my wiring to get connected to my old cable and cancel my debit card and pay $5.00 to order a new one. There should be a class action lawsuit filed on them, I have an attorney looking into this.
