I purchased a bundled program including DSL, High Speed Internet, and Dish Network. The bill was supposed to have been $106.99. I have been billed every month since the installation for 4 months at better than $250.00 per month, and on some billing periods more than $280.00. I have corresponded by phone and email to a number of customer service people who try and correct the bill on a monthly basis. Not one of them has an IQ above a piece of fruit. I shouldn't have to spend three hours every month trying to correct fraudulent billing practices.
Maybe it is time for a class action law firm to get involved to stop this lunacy.
