This company has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To get any issue resolved you must be on hold and transferred a multitude of times to get to the right person. Then, you may or may not be able to understand what they are saying because they do not speak english. Expect two weeks or longer to get anything straightened out. If you have other options for internet service, my advice is to jump on it and avoid AT&T at all costs!
