AVOID CHARTER!!! They will tell you anything to get your business, tell you you are locked for 12 months and then increase your bills every 3 months. Very Poor business practices. Also, if you contract for "X" GB this only means the "BEST YOU CAN HOPE TO GET", I been told on a number of accasions they do not garauntee minimum bandwidth.
