These people have what appears to be a scam. You buy the software and cant get any tech support.
I bought the boxed version, it loads and for the most part does work but when the program is run, it wants to go online for a channel update. When this is OK'd, it comes back with an error message that says I have no internet, which I do and it is always on.
Email to their firm receives an email from them saying they will get back to me. They dont and this has been going on for a few weeks now.
If I could get updates, this would be some fairly cool software but as it is now, it was a waste of money.
Looks as though these people have shut down everything but their order system and auto emailer...
Something appears to be really wrong.
