I recieved a bill that was 998.54 for a basic telephone service. My bill had been 84 per month for my service. When i called and inquired about these charges. I was told they were billed by third parties. I disputed them and then had to call each company and dispute them. Well each month for 3 months I have been billed and had to call and sent to several departments and put on the cs merry go round for hours. After talking to each person, and getting a different reason why I keep getting billed for these bogus charges. I have been from cs to acct to disputes. And finally they cut off my service for non payment. I am ferious. I have contacted the BBB and I am not sure whatelse to do. From comments here, i am contacting the fcc, as well any help would be appreciated. I am not paying 900 for calls i did not make.
