Charter Bills a month in advance april to may covers may when paid in full nothing in april your bill was pro-rated....also Channel 4 is not going anywhere its advertised by Belio Corp...who owns channel 4 that Charter will stop carrying them....BECAUSE Belio wants more money they have no choice but to be carried by Charter....AD REVENUES ..its all about that....They will reach agreement they always do ....its all a game
