I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS FORMAL COMPLAINT, TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I HAVE A 15 DAY GRACE PERIOD OF MY BILL TO BE PD BY STARTING THE 10TH OF THE MONTH, WHICH WOULD TAKE ME TO THE 25 TH OF DEC, JUST BECAUSE OF IT BEING CHRISTMAS, THE TECH, CAME OUT TODAY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE, AND I HAVE 2 IMPARIED CHILDREN, WITH DISABILITYS, WHICH NEED THE TV AND TO EDUCATED THEM, I HAVE MADE 4 TIMES PMT ARRANGEMENTS WITH SEVERAL SERVICE PEOPLE REGARDING THIS MATTER, I WAS TO MAKE A PMT, TODAY LIKE I SAID. THEY REFUSED IT, THAT IS CONCIDERED A PMT, NOT MY FAULT THEY NEGLETED TO TAKE MY PMT, AND NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT U ALL WILL DO ABOUT THIS MATTER I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE NEXT PMT AT THE SAME TIME A MONTH AHEAD OF TIME, I THINK THIS IS VERY POOR NON PROFFESIONAL BUSINESS, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHATS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER NOW, I HAVE CONTACTED A ATTONEY IF NEEDED TO BE, TY STEPHANIE...
