I am upset over the fact that a company like charter has such control over their customers that gives them the ability to remove services that we believe we paid for and have a right to keep. Charter has many people in a position to do whatever they choose because of no other choices for service. IF charter can't give the service coverage that they promised when customers trusted them ,I believe they should refund funds or better yet just pay Channel 4 and keep our coverage.
