I want to complain about not being able to get KMOV in 2009. Please make an agreement with them so we can continue this station. If you don't, we will be forced to switch to satelite services. We have been loyal Charter customers from the beginning even though prices have steadily risen every year and service has not been that great a lot of the times. I think you owe us this!
