State: CA Posted: 12/21/2008 Subject: Liers & Worst Customer Service Comment: Charter Communications has the worst customer service in the world. There technical support makes you feel like your an idiot. They treat you like your dumb and they talk to you like you dont know what your talking about. I will never ever in my life do business with charter communications again. & I will make sure that people know that they offer the worst service. Seems like they only care about there money. They like to just charge the credit cards left and rite but when it comes to provide service. they run like mice. I called to they them why im not under the promotion for the 16mb by 2up and they told me because i didn't get the plan that i had gotten the 5 by 1. Like i said charter communications is the worst company & I feel if they have lied to me than they will lie to everyone else. Charter You were a waste of my money and time. Go and lie to others becuase im done with you. |
