Add my name to this huge list of billing complaints against DirecTV. I had no contract with DirecTV and requested my service suspended during winter until April 1, 2009. This DTV service was at my vacation property and would not be used. The DirecTV cust svc. person informed me I was not able to suspend. I then requested termination of service and they transferred me to another dept. This dept. informed me it would be okay to suspend. Now two months later DTV continues to bill me and just charged my AMEX. I did not authorize and I'm not on any auto pay,so this should be illegal and fraudulent. Direc
TV is over the top and needs to be investigated for unfair billing pactices.
