ive had dtv for 10 years my tivo stopped working so they said NO CHARGE TO ME THEY WILL SEND OUT A DVR ITS JUST LIKE A TIVO ALL I HAVE TO PAY IS SHIPPING. I cancelled after 4 months of having the dvr now they say i had a 2 year contract and they sent me a letter now there saying they sent me a email now there sayiny not all calls are recorded sence i asked for proof of me agreeing to this fraud. never did i agree to anything but them sending me a dvr(crap) sence my tivo was being made anymore.
