I have been incorrectly billed for the last 5 months,when I moved to a new address. No one told me that when I moved my bundle automatically unbundles and I called in every month to find out why the bill was so high, still no one told me this until 4 months into this. Once told by a manager that this is what happened I then rebundled, but it was not reflected in my bill for that month. I called in and they took off part of the extra but not all, they told me they would start it the following month but I called to have it rebundled before the new billing cycle began, I was also charged 59.99 to reconnect my internet, after it was shut off because the bill got so high I couldn't afford the payments, when I was informed it would only be 5.00, I am disgusted with Charter but feel I am in a position where all I can do is pay what they charge to my account because I need the services.
