Subject: Done with Dell

I ordered a Studio 17 laptop which came incorrectly configured and with broken speakers. When I called, I was subjected to hours on the phone explaining the problem over and over again. They finally promised to replace the computer with what I had initially ordered. However, the second computer had the same incorrect configuration and they downgraded other components without informing me or adjusting the price. When I called about that, I was treated like I just enjoyed complaining. Ultimately, I canceled my order. I am just waiting for the billing nightmare that is sure to follow. Does anyone really know what is going on with Dell? They used to be a good company, but now they will never see another penny of my money.
