First I should tell you that if you call after ten at night, you might get some good agents ( I think they are Canadians?) Second I had the same problem, tell them you have a slow browsing issue, bad lights on your modem, and a connection that drops on and off, ask them to send a tech out for RF and then get wire maintenance.. how I fixed my problem.
