Subject: OverBilling, Underdelivering & Rude Service

OMG I have had it with these people. If there's anything we can do to fix them good please let me know. I am about to check on satellite internet service just to get away from their awful, price gouging, slow service, interupted service and disrespectful practices. Here's a point of fact: The only way they can take the volume of irrate customers is to outsource their customer service. When I get the Philipines they take my frustrations and negative comments and go about their business usually getting my service back up and running but doing nothing to prevent repeated service failures. When I talk to someone in the states they get pissed off and hangup on me. Over and over again. I am sick of paying for 10Mb service, getting 4Mb and having it go out and haveing to wait around for techicians to come (inside of a 4hour window)and tromp around in my house. They suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
