Subject: unfriendly people should be able to cancel service to change to a cable company

I cann't cancel this service for two years because i replaced a box which they would have had to pay for because my old box went out the people or rude when you talk to them now they have the bills going to carol stream illinois instead of texas they lost my payment which cost me 30 dollars to cancel our check they will cut of my service in six days which I was not even notified about I only found out about because they told me when I got there recording it is very hard to talk to anyone anymore it is ridiculous that after just a few months carol stream illinois dtv loses my check this never happen when the bill was sent to texas I still would like to know why when I was promised three receivers and I replaced on why I have to wait two years to cancel my service I am tired of messing with these people because they are rude I have made 4 years of straight payments and there carol stream office treats me like this I was told when I called them and told them I sent out my bill I was given % extra days in case the bill did not get there in 5 days they did not even update that information when I called them plus they froze my account on the computer won't let you add or subtract service
