Supposedly they have a vacation plan. Well after speaking to 3 different reps about not needing service for 6 months, I was assured it would be on a vacation plan and instead of my $133 per month bill I would pay $34 per month. Well my bill was $122. So back on the phone- 1 gal put me on hold to get rid of me, then another gal said if I cancelled I had to return the modem, but since I am not in OR now would have to wait a few months. She then said my credit would be ruined.
