May I first say I am sorry for any of you being mislead, mishandeled and lied too. Yes, it's true that Charter has terrible business practices to customers and they are slave drivers to their employees but that too may change soon as we the employees are sick of it too. We are told to lie and cheat and if we dont what happens to us?

1 - We have our commissions taken away when we disconnect, downgrade or give credits to customers. This is illegal. Charter does not even document our pay stubs that they have stolen our money but soon they'll will have a large debt to pay to employees who have retained a class action attorney who will file three separate federal claims against Charter Communications.

2 - If you are in a bundle - call BEFORE your bundle expires and please be kind and courteous and ask the person you are speaking with to extend your package or simply re-qualify for a new promotion by adding a movie tier, or a higher internet speed. Something small but that will allow you a new promotion.

3- Charter is money hungry and they treat their employees like garbage.

4 - They have taken my personal commissions, showing I made more than I have on a pay stub, which has made me uneligible for food stamps and assistance. However I meet with DSHS tomorrow and will prove what they have done. I will fight them till I am blue, along with many other call center employees and we will prevail

Please, I am sorry for those employees who abide by Charter Communications tough sell and I apologize if you are transferred over and over again but Charter takes our money if you disconnect or you downgrade so many representatives refuse to do this and they transfer you. It's not a good thing.

Sorry from a current Charter employee.
