Like so many others, I was enthralled with the concept of live TV on my laptop and like some many others I was sorrily disappointed. I found their number on my CC statement. It is 817-701-1464. I called and demanded a full refund and received an email stating the following.

"Thank you for contacting 3B Software. Your refunds have been processed.
Allow 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect on your credit card.
If you have any further questions please feel free to email us.

I will follow up if and when I receive my refund.
