"The FDA said the Ethex Corp. of St. Louis initiated the precautionary recall of lots 77946, 81141 and 81142 of the psychostimulant (Dextroamphetamine Sulfate) because of the possible presence of oversized tablets that might contain as much as twice the labeled amount of the active ingredient."
