The 1st of September I ordered a Laptop on the Dell website, it said that because of the color it would be delayed at the moment I didn't mind. On September 30th I hadn't receiver the Laptop and I called Customer service and the operator said that they still did not have a date for production of the computer. I canceled the order that same day, about 2 weeks after I canceled I received a call that my computer was in production and they asked if I wanted to accept or cancel the order I once again canceled. Now October 27th all of my money was removed from my account because Dell decided to charge me for a computer I canceled twice. I called and they say that they don't know how they could have missed that. Now they say that i have to wait a month for my refund. Once I cancel something it means that you are not authorized to access my account!! Now I have extra interest from my credit card which they will not pay. Can some one please tell me what to do!!
