I was looking at my account online and noticed a charge of $19.07 from Blockbuster, i hadn't gone to blockbuster in almost 2 wks. So i called and they said that they were charging me that amount for keeping the movie too long, but it woul be credited back into my acct as soon as i returned the movie. I had already returned it the day before (it wasn't even 2 wks that i had the movie). Anyways but they told me that they would only return $17.82 back because they were charging me $1.25 for a restocking fee! What is that! I think that's ridiculous, i guess i should have just put the movie back to the shelve myself. The whole no late fees thing is a scam and so is the restocking fee. Even if it's $1.25, it's my money and they have no right to keep it. I'm going to cut up my card and cancel my acct with them. I will never rent from Block buster again!
