Amen brother. Nothing but trouble with them after all these years. Like many out there I have almost no options especially for internet service. Every night - I have a log - we lose connectivity due to high drop packet rates. Has to be some bandwidth issue occurring, when everybody comes home from work and starts downloading more porn or something, I don't know. Thank goodness for Ping -t, very objective way to tracking fundamental service (or lack thereof). Who the heck runs Charter? We need to make his/her life as uncomfortable as they are making ours.
