I would love to be part of a class action against charter. I was let go today due to metrics. Yet as a sales rep, i was forced each day to lose revenue by being forced to take retention calls (disconnects/downgrades) while sales calls were routed to the retention department, where they make no money off of the sale. The only one making money is charter.
