Comment:
Charter overcharging for fees is not an isolated case. They do this to everyone and then when you call the fix it.....after two calls and long waite. It's a monopoly with no oversight. Also I have proved the their support people have lied about the discount they gave me. I caught them in the act. Hope someone sues them and forces them to adjust all client rates for a year!
