Subject: Dell Preferred Account

I purchased two cameras via the Dell online website and requested they be sent to an APO AA address. The order went through. After two weeks, I called Dell to inquire about my order. Dell informed me that I would not receive the order because Dell does not ship to an APO AA address. I then requested a second order be sent to a physical address in the USA. After a few days, I did finally receive the first order (one Dell said I would never get) as the second order was going to be delivered to the physical address via DHL. I called Dell and told infomred them I no longer needed and wanted the second order. I then called DHL not to deliver the items. The items were returned to Dell and my account was never credited. I was told by Dell I would have to pay for the second order even though I never received the items because it had passed their 21 day return policy. Can anyone help me with this issue? I have tried to call Dell NUMEROUS times but that has gotten me nowhere. Any help would be great.
