I called chase few days ago since I have been late for my card and trying to make a payment arrangement since my husband currently unemployed but I am willing to set up a payment arrangement so it will stop them calling my home, I spoke with customer service they say the account is in process for litigation and I can still stop it if pay the minimum payment required, and after I make the account current and they will be able to help me to make a payment arrangement, so I gave them check (with routing and acct) and was processed the same day and they advised me as soon as the payment cleared from your bank,he gave me a number to call to make arrangement, so 4 days later after everything all cleared from my bank I called the number as he advise me to call. He says they cannot help me since "the account is current and it needs to be late in order for us to help you", I was sooo mad I told them that's not what they advised me! so the guy apologized that I was misinformed..Now I have to be late again and call them again and do the same thing again??Hope someone will do something about this! Since I have been charged late fee lots of time...Someone please do something...
