in august me and my fianc'e decided to get the bundle package offer by charter for 69.97. which included internet ,cable and phone free for 30days.We were not informed of an installation fee for the cable and internet service.My bill is now 776.16. I tried contacting charter to complain. But customer service is pretty much non existant with this company.
