There was an outage for internet for 2 days. Charter refused to send a tech out when the internet was fixed even though i was still not getting service. They overed other services which i refused, i'm already paying for a service i ain't getting. Talked to about 6 reps and noone acted like they cared or could help. There lucky threre the only internet provider in my area or i would switch. I have the top speed and it runs slow or cuts out. My modem already had to be replaced twice and i've only had the service 9 months. charter sucks period. The customer service people will tell you anything to get you off the phone if they don't hang up on you.
