Subject: DELL NIGHTMARE!

Just had my new DELL Studio Hybrid delivered Friday, October 3. And it did not work! Apparently a flash drive is defective and DELL suggestions is to send a TECH to replace it. Can you believe that this is their best suggestion? DELL customer care, (don't know why they even name this department "Customer Care") even suggested that we return the item and buy a new one for a higher price! Are they nuts or what! But I guess being a huge company they can jack or fool anyone they really don't care! I spent 6 1/2 hours last Saturday to get to replace the laptop and still I didn't get anywhere and today (october 6) still could not get anything resolved. My call was transferred over 4 times back and forth to tech support and return dept and still did not get any resolution to this problem. I am ready to explode! I will report this very unfair practice to every agency until I get this nightmare resolved!
