I agree, we just received our first bill and it is outrageous. Not only are we getting billed in advance for next month, but we are also being billed for services we didn't order.
Customer service/sales need to be regulated for unscrupulous characters and broken promises. Nothing is ever in writing and that's where they get you. Word to the wise, get it in writing, or better yet, have them email you the specifics. Then when you get your first bill you'll have all the ammunition you need.
