Subject: Excessive Charges

I have had numerous problems with Charter. The latest occurred when I signed up for the bundled package including cable TV, internet, and telephone. I was told the total monthly charge including taxes and fees would be $102. They subsequently added $10 to the bill and when I called customer service, all I got was an apology for a misunderstanding at the time the agreement was made. There was no misunderstanding. The sales person made it very clear what the bill would be. Of course, Charter has no intention of honoring the original agreement. If there was any other cable service in my area, I would switch in a second.
