Subject: employees from charter communications
Comment:
This is to let all of the retention, sales, billing and others impacted by Charter Communications taking away your hard earned money....WE ARE GOING TO SUE IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.....it is absolutely illegal for them to dock our pay...as follows: in all states:
When workers agreeto a deduction that is to his/her benefit. Examples: personal loans, personal purchases of business’s food, equipment, services, or purchase of items the business sells to the public, for the amount to bail worker out of jail, for worker health and dental insurance payments or co-payments, etc. The deduction may not cause the business to benefit financially other than reasonable interest included in the agreement.
Get it, they can not take our money and the penalty is harsh, $200.00 per incident...
We will, the employees want to hear from you and will be posting an email address shortly...
they are in the wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
