Subject: Charter Communications Billing and Customer Service

I just hung up with their "customer service" tHEY sucK! and you cant understand half the crap they are saying! and they messed up my appointment for yesterday and noone showed! aGaiN! i am so damn sick of this company and the way they do business! they also hiked up my bill another $20!!!!!!
This company sucks.. i am now going to try and look for another company to go through... and i am calling te corporate office once again to file a complaint!
