Subject: Vioxx case reinstated
Comment:
The US Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in a split decision, reinstated a class-action lawsuit against drug maker Merck & Co. for claims relating to its prescription painkiller Vioxx. The federal district court in NJ had dismissed the lawsuit in 2007. Link.
