I have had trouble staying connected to the internet so changed to another provider but cannot get through by phone (which is the only way) to disconnect service. I have tried for days to get through to PeoplePC without success. After reading the other comments it is clear this is not a reliable company and I need to cancel before the next billing cycle starts. Next step is BBB
