Yesterday I "went off" on this company because of my experience ordering the software and instead of a download I got an http error. And then all e-mails I sent were returned 'no such address'. I also tried calling the company and could not get beyond automation to a human. At this point I was certain it was a scam. So I followed the BBB link above and filed a complaint.

Well, early this morning Lauren from 3B Software called to apologize, and apparently they are having some serious technical difficulties. She said the software will be available Monday, but I requested a refund. If they follow through in a reasonable length of time, I would certainly give this company another chance.

My apologies to them, and I remove all my curses. I also applaud Lauren, who sounded very young, for facing many lions on her own this morning.
