I also had a movie I chose to turn in late so I could still watch it, have done this before and settled late fees with them when I return it. This time however, I noticed they have charged my checking account with a debit they did not get authorization for and the bank was under the impression it was a debit that I made. I have not authorized them to draw money from my account for anything. Using your card in a business to pay for movies does not authorize them to make further withdrawals from you without further notice or authorization and this falls in the catagory of credit card fraud as far as I am concerned. I also will be cancelling my account with them as of today. I would like to see a class action lawsuit persued for these most recent practices without notifying their customers that they would be doing this. If I had known that, I would have taken the movie back without watching it because I disagree with this practice totally.
