I have been with Charter services for a little over a year. It has been a constant battle. Every month I call them about the excessive charges on my bill. Ex. charging me for long distance and I have unlimited long distance. Last month they replaced my cable box. From the day they replaced my box, I have had charges from pay per view in excess of $200.00. I have never ordered pay per view before, now according to them I have ordered 19! For 2 of the days they charged me, my family and I were out of town! They refuse to take the charges off and I went to corporate. The only reason I have to stay with this company is because they are the only company in my region that offers these services and I am an online student. Does anybody have any ideas? Please!!
