They just raised my bill by $30 again... With out adding any additional services.

Nothing new here I've been charged for services which I have not requested on several occasions and they always promise to fix the problem but do nothing. They are selling a service but really it's nothing more than a scam. Based on their business practices their corporate headquarters should be based in Nigeria.

The way they rip off unsuspecting people who buy their service is criminal. I think we can all agree that Charter is no better then Enron. Is there anyone out provide information needed to form a CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE...
